Palette CAD 8, made by zee Germans, now for all to enjoy!

It is the end of May and I am increasingly beginning to feel like a parrot with each new post I write. It seems like the weather has been seriously over-discussed and unfortunately I really have nothing better to say about it this month. One thing I will say is that this myth of British weather is no longer acceptable. When you live in Germany (as I now have  for over a year), it is  German weather, and the fact it is also terrible if not worse has nothing to do with her Majesty's island.

Onto more positive things, and let’s start with the best news first. Palette CAD 8 is ready and now available in Dutch, English, French, Hungarian, Italian, Polish and Slovakian languages. It has been a longish road but I also believe it has been well worth the wait. The new version has been completely redesigned using the Windows 8 philosophy, making it quicker and much easier to use. The new extensive in program help system also makes it possible to simply pick up a copy of version 8 and learn as you plan.

Between 27th and 31st May our colleagues from Holland held an official release and training event for Palette CAD 8. Users were amongst the first to get their hands on the newest version of our software. Feedback so far has been very positive and encouraging, most complimenting the look and ease of use improvements. I was there myself for two days, and have very much enjoyed the hospitality from our Dutch partners as well as the free table tennis lessons that I received.

To make great news even better, during June all our customers with current service agreements should keep an eye out for the postman, as your copies of Palette CAD 8 will be on its way.

Also during June we will be working on a downloadable demo version of Palette CAD 8 in above languages. I hope this will give everyone a chance to try out our latest installment and find out just how beneficial it can really be as a planning and selling tool.

Both were designed using version 7 of Palette CAD and with little or no training. We will keep an eye on them and try and post some more recent work in the coming months.
